【摘要】 目的探讨影响我国互联网医疗发展的外部因素,结合国情探讨发展路径。方法利用PEST模型从政治、经济、社会、技术四个方面对影响行业发展因素做宏观分析,并列出SWOT-PEST矩阵进一步探索优势、劣势、机遇、挑战。结果政策利好,缺乏顶层设计;互联网资本市场趋于理性化,盈利模式仍需探索;社会需求强烈;技术支撑已基本成形,基础设施和行业规范欠缺。结论目前我国互联网医疗发展水平处于初级阶段,外部环境复杂多变,但总体势态良好,需要政府、企业、医院分工协作,纵深发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the external factors affecting the development of internet in our country’s healthcare system,and put forward measures combined with national conditions.Methods The factors affecting the industry development were analyzed from four macro perspectives(political,economic,social and technical).Meanwhile,SWOT-PEST model was applied for further analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,chances and challenges of China’s internet healthcare.Results Policy is favorable overall,but the lack of top-level design.Capital markets tend to be rational but still need to explore profit pattern.Society has strong needs.Technical support is forming basically.Infrastructure and industry regulation is still lacking.Conclusion China’s internet healthcare is still at a primary stage.The external environment is complicated,but the overall situation is good.Collaboration of government,enterprises,and hospitals is needed for further development.更多还原
