【摘要】 目的分析肺癌癌组织中基质金属蛋白-2(MMP-2)、MMP-9的表达水平及与病理参数和转移的关系。方法选取2016年7月至2017年7月该院收治的96例肺癌患者癌组织、癌旁正常肺组织为研究样本,并将40例肺部良性病变者的肺部良性组织作为对照,比较3种组织MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白阳性率及mRNA表达水平,分析肺癌患者MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白阳性率与其病理参数、转移的关系。结果癌组织MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白阳性率高于癌旁组织、良性组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),癌旁组织、良性组织MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌组织MMP-2、MMP-9mRNA表达水平明显高于癌旁组织、良性组织,癌旁组织、良性组织MMP-2、MMP-9mRNA表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺癌患者MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白阳性率与其肿瘤直径、TNM分期、肿瘤位置、是否行化疗、分化程度、是否发生淋巴结转移或远处转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论肺癌癌组织中MMP-2、MMP-9表达水平高于癌旁组织及正常肺组织,其表达水平与肿瘤直径、TNM分期、肿瘤位置、是否行化疗、分化程度、是否发生淋巴结转移或远处转移有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and MMP-9 in lung cancer tissues and their relationship with pathological parameters and metastasis.Methods The cancer tissues and adjacent normal lung tissues of 96 cases of lung cancer patients from July 2016 to July 2017 in our hospital were the samples for the study,and the benign lung tissues of 40 patients with benign lung disease were as the control.The protein positive rates and mRNA expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were compared among the three tissues,and the relationship between the protein positive rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in lung cancer patients and their pathological parameters and metastasis were analyzed.Results The protein positive rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the cancer tissues were higher than those in the adjacent tissues and benign tissues(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the above indexes between adjacent tissues and benign tissues(P<0.05).The mRNA expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues and the benign tissues,and the difference was statistically significant in the above levels between the adjacent tissues and the benign tissues(P<0.05).The protein positive rates of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in patients with lung cancer were closely related to tumor diameter,TNM stage,tumor location,whether chemotherapy was or not,differentiation degree,and whether lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis happened(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in lung cancer tissues are significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues and normal lung tissues.The expression levels are correlated with tumor diameter,TNM stage,tumor location,whether chemotherapy is or not,differentiation degree,and whether lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis happens.更多还原
