大温差环境下混凝土抗热疲劳性能研究

【摘要】 该文研究了混凝土及其组成材料在25~85℃范围内的热膨胀性,分析了混凝土不同组分的热膨胀性能及其相互影响,分析了不同水灰比和不同矿物掺合料对硬化水泥浆体的热膨胀性能的影响,发现通过一定方式增强界面过渡区、降低硬化水泥浆体的热膨胀率、增强硬化水泥浆体的抗拉强度能提高混凝土在大温差条件下的抗热疲劳性能。

【Abstract】 Thermal expansion property of concrete was studied between 25~85℃.Thermal expansion behavior and interaction of components of concrete were studied too.The effects of different water cement ratio and different mineral admixtures on the thermal expansion properties of hardened cement paste(HCP)were analyzed.Experiment results show that thermal fatigue resistance of concrete under the condition of large temperature difference can be improved by enhancing the interfacial transition zone(IPZ),reducing the thermal expansion rate of HCP,or enhancing the tensile strength of HCP.
