校园移动IT资源管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 校园IT资源(光纤、线缆、机房、IT设备)是校园信息化的重要基础设施。针对资源信息分散、无法统一管理与共享、可查询性差等问题,以华南理工大学校园移动IT资源管理系统的建设为例,利用Android平台,设计了一款基于GIS理论的校园IT资源可查询、可视化展现的手机APP。它不仅提供IT资源全生命周期管理,而且提供地图、IT设备、地下管网数据在线/离线使用。系统为校园IT资源的巡查、管线管沟的施工与维护提供有力支持,具有可参考借鉴价值。

【Abstract】 The IT resources on campus including optical fiber,cable,machine room and IT facilities are the important infrastructure of campus information. In order to solve the information resources scattering,ununified management,and lower efficiency of query,the construction of the campus mobile IT resource management system of South China University of Technology is used as an example. Basing on the theory of GIS and the Android platform,a mobile APP is designed for campus resources with the function of query and visualization. It provides not only the full life-cycle management of IT resources,but also the offline use of the campus map,IT equipment,and underground pipe network data. The system provides strong support for the inspection of campus IT resources,the construction and maintenance of pipeline pipes. It has the value of reference.
