基于最小二乘拟合的科学级CMOS传感器非均匀性校正

【摘要】 鉴于图像传感器普遍存在非均匀性问题,本文提出了一种基于最小二乘法的分段线性插值的非均匀校正算法。该算法结合了最小二乘拟合法以及分段线性校正方法的优点,在大场景动态范围内都可实现良好的校正效果。采用科学级CMOS为实验对象,经本文提出的算法校正后,在整个工作照度范围下非均匀度相比原始图像可降低约42%。并与几种经典校正算法进行对比分析,结果表明该校正算法可适应的场景动态范围更大,在整个工作照度环境下可得到更好的平均校正效果。

【Abstract】 In view of the prevalence of non-uniformity of the image sensor, a piecewise linear interpolation algorithm based on least squares method is proposed for nonuniformity correction. It combines the least squares fitting method and the advantages of piecewise linear correctionmethod,whichcan achievegoodcorrection performance in the larger dynamic range of the scene. By using the proposed nonuniformity correction algorithm in our experiment with the scientific grade CMOS, the nonuniformity can be reduced by about 42% compared with the original image in the whole operating illumination range. Moreover, several classical algorithms are also involved for comparison, the results indicate that our method can adapt to the dynamic range of the scene, and it can get better correction performance in the whole working illumination environment of the sensor.
