基于FPGA的短波红外PAL制视频处理系统
PAL mode video processing system of shortwave infrared based on FPGA
【摘要】 InGaAs短波红外探测器因具备可在常温下工作、灵敏度高、功耗低等优点成为短波红外成像领域的主流器件。由于短波红外在微光、夜视、雾霾等条件下的独特光谱效应,其在视频监视系统的优势得以显现。为使短波红外监视系统兼容传统模拟监视器,系统采用FPGA与ADV7127相结合的方式,对640×512原始图像进行非均匀性校正、图像放大、灰度转换,得到25帧/秒,10比特灰度,图像大小符合720×576 PAL制式的模拟视频输出。实际使用情况表明,在常温下得到了高质量的短波红外视频图像。
【Abstract】 As its high sensitivity,low power consumption,non-cooling and other advantages of shortwave infrared imaging,InGaAs shortwave infrared detector has become the mainstream of the field.Aiming at the unique spectral characteristic of shortwave infrared in low light,night vision,haze and other conditions,the advantages of video surveillance is revealed. In order to make the shortwave infrared surveillance system compatible with the traditional analog monitor on the market,the system uses FPGA and ADV7127 to process the 640×512 original image for non-uniformity correction,image enlargement,and gray-scale conversion to achieve the 25 frames per second,10 bit grayscale,image size with 720×576 PAL standard analog video output. The actual use shows that the imaging system meets the requirements of the detector,and the high quality shortwave infrared video image is obtained at room temperature.
