基于ZigBee的接触网无线温度监控系统

【摘要】 在铁路的接触网供电方式中,针对牵引系统的大电流容易引发线夹连接点处温度过高甚至烧损现象。文中以保证列车安全稳定运行为目的,采用温度实时监控的方法,结合了温度传感器与无线通信协议传输试验,设计了一种基于ZigBee的无线温度采集系统,可以得到实时的温度值数据,由此可得出接触网运行安全与否的结论。该系统以CC2530射频芯片为核心,通过ZigBee协议将温度采集点组建成网,并把温度值无线传输。监控终端将温度值通过LCD显示,完成温度监控任务。

【Abstract】 In the power supply catenary of the railway,in view of the large current of the traction system is apt to cause the clamp connection point temperature too high or even burning phenomenon.For the purpose of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the train,using the method of temperature real-time monitoring,with the temperature sensor and the wireless communication protocol test,this paper designs a wireless temperature acquisition system based on ZigBee,acquiring real-time temperature data,which can obtain the conclusion which network operates safely or not.The system uses CC2530 RF chip as the core,setting up the temperature collection point network through the ZigBee protocol,and make the temperature value wireless transmission.Monitoring terminal will display the temperature value through the LCD to complete the temperature monitoring task.
