【Abstract】 G-quadruplex is an unusual higher-ordered structures formed by guanine-rich sequence throughπ—πstacking of Gquartets.Herein,we described the recent progress of several spectroscopic methods,such as UV,CD,Raman and NMR,in characterization of G-quadruplex structure in our group,and also presented these techniques in the investigation of G-quadruplex/hemin DNAzyme.更多还原
