不同形貌的AZO/4-MPY/Ag三明治结构及4-MPY分子的SERS光谱研究
Study on the SERS Spectra of 4-MPY Molecules in AZO/4-MPY/Ag Sandwich Nanostructures with Different Morphology
【摘要】 铝掺杂氧化锌(AZO)作为掺杂的半导体金属氧化物可以作为表面增强拉曼基底。由于不同的形貌可以对SERS信号产生不同的作用,于是我们采用酸法刻蚀将AZO纳米薄膜进行不同时间的刻蚀,得到了不同的岛状结构。将4-巯基吡啶(4-MPY)探针分子吸附在岛状的AZO纳米薄膜上,并与Ag纳米粒子形成三明治结构,可以观察到刻蚀之后该三明治结构的SERS信号明显增强。
【Abstract】 Aluminum-doped zinc oxide(AZO)is a doped semiconductive metal oxide that can be used as a surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrates.Because different morphology can produce different effects on the SERS signals,we used AZO with different etching time to tune the final nano-morphology.After etching at 0 and 20 s,separately,different island nanostructures of AZO films were obtained.4-mercaptopyridine(4-MPY)was used as probe molecules to be adsorbed on the island-like AZO films.Further the Ag nanoparticles were deposited on the 4-MPY linker molecules.Sandwich nanostructures were formed finally.The SERS signals of the sandwich structures were significantly enhanced after etching.
