红外漫散射技术用于芹菜素与环糊精包合物的研究
Study on Inclusion Compound of Apigenin with Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin by Infrared Diffuse Reflectance Technology
【摘要】 利用红外漫散射技术研究了溶液法和研磨法所制备的芹菜素与羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的红外光谱。结果显示:1 610cmC=C-1/1 653cmC=O-1谱峰强度的比值和芹菜素与环糊精的包合程度有关,比值小则包合的好。同时,1 5901 550和1 3001 200cm-1区域的谱峰变化也可判断芹菜素的包合程度。
【Abstract】 The infrared spectra of Inclusion Compound of Apigenin with Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin were studied by Infrared diffuse reflectance technology.The results show that the peak intensity ratio of 1 610 cmC= C-1/1 653 cmC= O-1is related to the degree of inclusion of apigenin and cyclodextrin.When the package is good,the ratio is small.The changes of the spectral peaks in the 1 5901 550 and 1 3001 200 cm-1 regions can also be used to determine degree of inclusion of apigenin.
