不同材料间的钎焊残余应力有限元分析和测试
Finite Element Analysis and Test of Brazing Residual Stress in Different Materials
【摘要】 对不同热膨胀系数的材料钎焊后的残余应力进行有限元分析和测试,进而评估有限元模型的合理性与可靠性。测试与有限元分析结果具有一定的一致性,说明有限元模型的仿真残余应力结果能够为了解实际器件的残余应力提供较为合理和可靠的参考依据。
【Abstract】 Finite element analysis and experimental test were performed on the braze residual stress between two materials that have different expansion coefficients,and the rationality and reliability of the finite element model was estimated.The results of test and finite element analysis have certain consistency,which suggests that the residual stress obtained from the finite element analysis can provide rational and reliable reference for understanding the actual residual stress of the devices.
