【摘要】 目的:观察内服外洗中药配合自固化磷酸钙人工骨(CPC)治疗四肢骨折内固定术后慢性骨髓炎的疗效及其护理效果。方法:对四肢骨折内固定术后慢性骨髓炎患者21例术前采用自拟扶正祛邪汤中药内服及骨疽易消汤外洗,术中取出内固定,彻底清除病灶,1期植入CPC,术后继续中药内服治疗,并针对中西医结合治疗方案制定相应有助于减轻患者痛苦和预防再次感染的中西医结合护理措施。结果:21例患者中治愈16例,好转3例(经换药后治愈),2例未愈,总体治愈率达90.5%。结论:对四肢骨折内固定术后慢性骨髓炎患者采取中西医结合治疗与护理对于提高治愈率有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe clinical effects of oral administration and external application of herbs combined with self-setting calcium phosphate cement(CPC) in treating chronic osteomyelitis after internal fixation of extremities fracture and the nursing effects. Methods: All 21 patients took selfmade FuZheng QuXie decoction orally and GuJu YiXiao decoction for external use before the surgery, they accepted internal fixiation in the surgical time to eliminate the foci and CPC embedding at stage one, and then they continued to take the herbs orally after the surgery and received integrative nursing measures which are helpful to relieve the patients’ pain and prevent the relapse according to integrative medicine regimen. Results: Among 21 patients, there were 16 cases cured, three cases effective and cured after changing the dressings, two cases uncured, total cure rate reached 90.5%. Conclusion:Integrative medicine therapy and care for the patients are playing the active role in improving the cure rate.更多还原
