【摘要】 目的:优选中药复方养阴生肌妇炎栓的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比为因素,以提取物中龙胆苦苷的含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,根据L₉（3⁴）正交表进行实验。结果:中药复方养阴生肌妇炎栓的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度80%,提取时间5.0小时,料液比为8:1。结论:乙醇浓度和提取时间对龙胆苦苷的含量和浸膏率影响较大;该工艺方法简单、实用,具有可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To choose the optimal extraction process of YangYin ShengJi suppository. Methods:The experiment was performed according to L₉ （3⁴） orthogonal list by using orthogonal experiment, taking ethanol concentration, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio as the factors, and the contents of gentiamarin and extraction ratio in the extractive as the indexes. Results: The optimal extraction process of YangYin ShengJi suppository was:ethanol concentration 80%, extraction time 5.0 hours, solid-liquid ratio 8:1. Conclusion: Ethanol concentration and extraction time present greater influence to the contents of gentiamarin and extraction ratio, the technique is simple, practical and operable.更多还原
