【摘要】 目的:观察安坤种子丸对卵巢储备功能下降(肾虚证)患者AMH及INHB的影响。方法:将200例患者随机分为对照组、观察组各100例。观察组给予安坤种子丸口服治疗,对照组采用激素替代疗法,2组均治疗3个月经周期后观察血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)和抑制素B(INHB)的变化情况。结果:AMH及INHB治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安坤种子丸是治疗卵巢储备功能下降(肾虚证)患者安全有效的治疗药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the influence of An Kun Zhong Zi pills on anti-mullerian hormone(AMH) and inhibin B(INHB) of the patients with decreasing ovarian reservation(DOR) of renal deficiency pattern. Methods: All200 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 100 cases each group. The observation group took An Kun Zhong Zi pills orally, and the control group used hormone replacement therapy, the changes of AMH and INHB were observed after both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of AMH and INHB within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05), the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05). Conclusion: An Kun Zhong Zi pills are the safe and effective therapeutic medicine of treating DOR of renal deficiency pattern.更多还原
