【摘要】 目的观察针刺联合鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法将43例老年PHN患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组21例给予甲钴胺片及复合维生素B片、阿昔洛韦注射液治疗,治疗组22例在对照组治疗方法的基础上采用针刺联合mNGF肌肉注射治疗。2组均以10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后2组VAS评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为95.45%,对照组为71.43%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合mNGF治疗老年PHN疗效显著,可有效缓解患者的神经疼痛症状,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with intramuscular injection of mouse nerve growth factor in treating senior post-herpetic neuralgia.Methods 43 cases of senior post-herpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The 21 cases of control group were given mecobalamin tablet,vitamin B tablet and acyclovir injection. The 22 cases of the treatment group were given the same basic treatment plus acupuncture combined with intramuscular injection of mouse nerve growth factor.10 days as a course of treatment,after 2 courses of treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS) scores before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the 2 groups. Results After treatment,the VAS scores of 2 groups were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the reduction was more significant in treatment group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 95.45% in treatment group,and 71.43% of control group,the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with intramuscular injection of mouse nerve growth factor is effective in relieving the neuropathic symptoms of senior post-herpetic neuralgia patients.The method is worth popularizing in clinic.更多还原
