炙甘草汤对衰老模型大鼠心肌及脑组织中AngⅡ和IL-1表达的影响
Effect of Zhigancao decoction on the expression of AngⅡ and IL-1 in myocardium and brain tissue of aging model rats
【摘要】 目的:研究炙甘草汤对衰老大鼠心肌和脑组织中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、白细胞介素1(IL-1)表达影响。方法:皮下注射D半乳糖制备衰老大鼠模型,分正常对照组、模型对照组、炙甘草汤(高、中、低剂量)组和阳性对照(维生素E)组。酶联免疫吸附法(Elisa)检测大鼠心肌及脑组织中AngⅡ和IL-1含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠脑和心肌组织中AngⅡ和IL-1表达上升(P<0.05);与模型组比较,炙甘草汤各剂量组能不同程度影响衰老大鼠脑组织及心肌组织AngⅡ、IL-1的表达(P<0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤可能通过干预AngⅡ、IL-1的表达,具有抑制衰老模型大鼠心肌、脑组织炎症和潜在的类似AngⅡ拮抗剂的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Zhigancao decoction on the expression of interleukin-1(IL-1)and angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱin myocardium and brain tissue of aging rats. Methods: Aging rat model were prepared by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose and divided into normal control group,model control group,Zhigancao decoction(high,medium and low dose)groups and positive control(vitamin E)group. The contents of IL-1 and AngⅡin rats myocardium and brain tissue were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results: Compared with the normal control group,the expression of IL-1 and AngⅡ in the brain and myocardial tissue of the model groups significantly increased(P<0.05).Different doses of Zhigancao decoction could affect the expression of Ang Ⅱ and IL-1 in brain tissue and heart tissue of aging rats(P <0.05)compared with the model group. Conclusion: Zhigancao Decoction might inhibit the inflammation of myocardium and brain tissue in aging model rats and had a potential effect of similar AngⅡ antagonists.
