【摘要】 目的:评价β2-MG检测在肿瘤化疗患者早期肾损伤诊断的临床意义。方法:用β2-MG金标检测试剂盒对125份肿瘤化疗患者血清样本、113份肿瘤化疗患者尿液样本,67份非化疗肿瘤患者血清样本和63份非化疗肿瘤患者尿液样本进行检测,同时采用胶乳增加免疫比浊法检测血清Cys C,用酶法检测血清样本Scr和BUN,超正常值参考范围按阳性结果统计。结果:化疗组和非化疗组患者血清β2-MG阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者血清Cys C、BUN和Scr阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗组和非化疗组患者尿β2-MG阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组患者血清Cys C、BUN和Scr阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿液β2-MG检测对化疗肿瘤患者早期肾损伤有一定诊断价值,且较血清Cys C、BUN和Scr检测敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of β2-MG in the diagnosis of early renal injury of patients with tumor chemotherapy. Methods:125 serum samples,113 urine samples from patients with tumor chemotherapy,67 serum samples and 63 urine samples from non-chemotherapy patients were tested by β2-MG gold standard test kit. At the same time,the serum Cys C were detected by Latex increased immunoturbidimetric method,Scr and BUN were detected by enzymatic method. The reference range of super normal value was considered as positive results. Results:There was no significant difference in the positive rate of serum β2-MG between the chemotherapy group and the non-chemotherapy group(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the positive rate of serum Cys C,BUN and Scr between the two groups(P >0.05). There was significant difference in the positive rate of urinary β2-MG between the chemotherapy group and the non-chemotherapy group(P <0.01),but there was no significant difference in serum Cys C,Scr and BUN between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusions:There is certain diagnostic value for urinary β2-MG detection in early renal injury of patients with chemotherapy,and its sensitivity is higher than serum Cys C,BUN and Scr.更多还原
