带预分解系统水泥回转窑煅烧MgO膨胀剂技术研究
Calcined MgO Expansion Agent in Cement Rotary Kiln with Pre-decomposition System
【摘要】 传统方法一般使用立窑煅烧活性MgO膨胀剂,利用水泥回转窑煅烧活性MgO膨胀剂的生产工艺是一种新的探索。本研究利用改造后的水泥回转窑煅烧活性MgO膨胀剂,取五级下料管物料、窑头收尘器物料和篦冷机物料代表不同煅烧制度下制备的MgO熟矿,并对制备的产品进行细度、活性以及微观性能测试,结果表明该工艺可以制备出合格的MgO膨胀剂。通过对MgO熟矿的XRD谱图进行分析,发现d (111)和d (220)与MgO熟矿活性存在关联。
【Abstract】 Conventional methods generally use shaft kiln calcined active MgO expanders,The use of cement rotary kiln calcination of active Mg O expansion agent production process is a new exploration. In this study,the modified cement rotary kiln was used to calcine the active MgO expansion agent,and the material for the five-stage feeding pipe,the material for the kiln head dust collector,and the grate cooler material were used to represent the MgO mature ore that was prepared under different calcination systems,and the product was prepared. Fineness,activity and microscopic properties were tested and the results showed that the process can produce qualified MgO expansion agents. By analyzing the XRD patterns of the MgO mature ore,it was found that d( 111) and d( 220) are related to the MgO mature ore activity.
