凝灰岩制备水泥混合材的试验研究
Experimental Study on Preparing Cement Admixture from Volcanic Tuff
【摘要】 通过X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、热分析(TG-DTA)和扫描电镜分析(SEM)等方法表征了凝灰岩的物化特性,分别采用机械活化、机械-热力复合活化研究了凝灰岩的胶砂力学性能。结果表明:试验用凝灰岩样品硅铝含量在75%以上,样品易磨性较好,试验球磨10 min比表面积可达到300 m2/kg以上;只经机械活化的凝灰岩样品具有良好的填充效应,且主要体现在水化前期,28 d胶砂活性指数(R28)在54%58%之间;经机械-热力复合活化的凝灰岩样品组成结构发生了变化,对体系的胶凝活性早期与后期均有有利影响,28 d胶砂活性指数可达70%以上。
【Abstract】 Methods of XRF,XRD,TG-DTA and SEM were used to characterize the physicochemical properties of volcanic tuff,research on the mechanical and thermal-mechanical complex activation of the samples were also made respectively. Results show that: the contents of silicon and aluminum in the volcanic tuff samples are more than 75%,the samples have good grindability,whose specific surface area can reach more than 300 m2/kg after being grinded about 10 min in the experiment; the mechanical activated tuff sample has a good filling effect in the cementitious system,which effect mainly worked in the early hydration period,and the 28 d activity index of mortar( R28) is between 54% to 58%; the thermal-mechanical complex activated tuff sample’s composition and structure changed evidently,which has favorable effect on the cementitious system both in the early and further hydration period,it’s 28 d activity index of mortar can reach more than 70%.
