γ-MnOOH纳米棒的低温水热制备及其电化学性能
Preparation of γ-MnOOH Nanorods by Low-temperature Hydrothermal Method and Its Improved Electrochemical Performance
【摘要】 采用低温水热法,在弱碱性介质中氧化MnSO4制备了γ-MnOOH。应用X-射线衍射和扫描电镜技术对所得材料的结构和形貌进行表征。γ-MnOOH直径在100150nm之间,长度约为2μm。电化学测试结果表明,γ-MnOOH纳米棒负极材料具有高的比容量、优异的循环性能和倍率性能。在100mA/g的电流密度下,首次放电比容量高达1454mAh/g。恒流充放电100次后,比容量仍达到720mAh/g。
【Abstract】 γ-MnOOH was prepared with a low-temperature hydrothermal method by means of oxidizing MnSO4 in weak alkaline media.The structure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The γ-Mn OOH nanorods were about 2 μm in length and 100-150 nm in diameter.Electrochemical measurements indicate that γ-MnOOH shows high specific capacity,good cycling performance and rate capability as an anode material.It exhibits an initial discharge capacity of1454 m Ah/g at the current density of 100 m A/g.And the capacity can reach 720 m Ah/g even after 100 cycles.
