罗芳污水处理厂MBR生化段提标改造方案分析
Analysis on Upgrading and Reconstruction Scheme of MBR Biological Stage in Luofang Wastewater Treatment Plant
【摘要】 为提升流域水环境质量,城市污水处理厂的排放标准不断提高,对污水厂的提标改造势在必行。MBR工艺因其占地面积小、出水水质稳定,在污水厂提标改造工程中被广泛应用。在应用MBR工艺对现有污水处理厂进行提标改造的项目中,如何将现有的二级生化系统改造成适合MBR的生化系统即成为这类项目中的重点及难点。结合深圳市罗芳污水厂提标改造工程实例,介绍了将现状氧化沟工艺改造为AAO生化池及BNR(缺氧曝气)生化池两种适合MBR生化系统的思路及设计方案,为污水处理厂应用MBR工艺进行提标改造提供经验和借鉴。
【Abstract】 For improvement of the water environment quality of the drainage basin,the discharge standards of municipal wastewater treatment plants are continuously improved,so it is imperative to upgrade and reconstruct the wastewater treatment plant. MBR technology is widely used in the upgrading and reconstruction project due to its advantages of small area coverage and stable effluent quality. In the application of MBR technology in the upgrading and reconstruction project,how to transform the existing biological stage to be suitable for MBR become key points and difficulties in such projects. Combined with the example of the upgrading and reconstruction project Luofang Wastewater Treatment Plant in Shenzhen City,this paper introduced the ideas and design scheme of transforming the existing oxidation ditch process into AAO biological tank and BNR( anoxic aeration) biological tank to fit MBR,and provided some experience and reference for the upgrading and reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant using MBR technology.
