O3/BEAC工艺去除低温水中氨氮的中试研究

【摘要】 为解决北方地区某水厂低温水中氨氮去除难的问题,在现场开展了两级臭氧/生物增强活性炭工艺(O3/BEAC)去除氨氮的中试研究。利用含一株能去除低温水中氨氮的新菌种HITLi7T构成的优势功能复合菌剂,构建了生物增强活性炭(BEAC),分别考察了进水氨氮浓度、两级臭氧投加量、BEAC滤柱滤速及其反冲洗方式对该工艺去除氨氮效能的影响,并确定了最佳工艺运行参数。结果表明,随着进水氨氮浓度的变化,O3/BEAC工艺对氨氮的去除率始终比O3/BAC工艺高;当原水温度为02℃、氨氮为1.5 mg/L时,BEAC滤柱滤速为4.47 m/h,一级臭氧投加量为2 mg/L、二级臭氧投加量为1 mg/L,采用单独水洗10 min、水洗强度为8 L/(m2·s)的反冲洗方式,可使O3/BEAC工艺的氨氮去除效能达到最佳。

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of ammonia nitrogen removal at low temperature,a new dominant bacterial community was immobilized into normal biological activated carbon,which formed bio-enhanced activated carbon filter(BEAC)process.The two-stage ozone oxidation was used before BEAC and a novel process O3-BEAC was constructed.A pilot-scale experiment was established to analyze the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency of this process at low temperature(0-2℃)from four aspects including influent ammonia nitrogen concentration,dosage of two-stage ozone,filtration velocity and backwash method of filter.The results showed that the ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency of BEAC was always better than that of BAC with different influent ammonia nitrogen concentration when the water temperature was 0-2℃.The optimal operation effect could be realized when the dosage of two-stage ozone was 2 mg/L and 1 mg/L respectively,the ammonia nitrogen concentration was 1.5 mg/L,the filtration velocity was4.47 m/h and the backwash intensity was 8 L/(m2·s)with water merely for 10 minutes.
