增效技术在煤化工废水生化系统检修中的应用

【摘要】 某煤化工废水处理厂为对生化系统进行检修,在不减少废水量的情况下,将全部废水合并进入原两组生化池中的一组进行处理。为使单组生化池能够有效处理倍增废水量,采用投加外源硝化菌剂和污泥调理剂的方式对其活性污泥进行增效处理,使得该生化系统去除NH3-N和COD的效能显著增强,尤其是硝化能力提升了40%以上。镜检发现,增效处理后活性污泥菌胶团絮体性状明显改善。在10 d的检修期间,进水量、进水COD和NH3-N浓度均大幅超过了设计值,但在外源硝化菌剂和污泥调理剂的累积投加量分别为23.2和206.3 mg/L的情况下,生化系统依然能够稳定达标运行。

【Abstract】 During overhaul of biochemical system of a coal chemical wastewater treatment plant,all the wastewater was pumped into one group of the biochemical tank instead of the original two groups without decrease of the amount of wastewater. To treat the double amount of wastewater efficiently by a single group of biochemical tank,exogenetic nitrobacteria and sludge conditioner were added to enhance the activated sludge performance. It was indicated that significantly enhancement of COD and NH3-N removal efficiency by the system was achieved,especially of the nitrification ability which increased for more than 40%. Obvious improvement of activated sludge zoogloea characteristics was observed after the synergistic action. Throughout the 10 days’ overhaul,23. 2 mg/L of exogenetic nitrobacteria and 206. 3 mg/L of sludge conditioner were added into the biochemical tank totally. Although inflow,influent COD and NH3-N all significantly exceeded the design values,the biochemical system was still stable and the effluent quality was superior to the discharge standards.
