2-氨基-6-(1-羟乙基)苯甲酸连续重氮化反应研究
Reaction Research on Continuous Diazotization of 2-Amino-6-(1-hydroxyethyl) benzoic Acid
【摘要】 采用微通道反应装置,考察了反应温度、物料浓度、酸用量、混合装置等因素对2-氨基-6-(1-羟乙基)苯甲酸连续重氮化反应的影响,确定了最佳配比和关键控制细节,符合连续化生产上高效、节能、安全的要求。
【Abstract】 Effects of reaction temperature,material concentration,acid dosage and mixing device on the continuous diazotization of 2-amino-6-( 1-hydroxyethyl) benzoic acid were investigated by means of microchannel reactor. The optimum ratio and key control details were determined,which meet the requirements of continuous production,high efficiency,energy saving and safety.
