【摘要】 目的探讨基于护士层级管理的APN排班法在小儿外科责任制整体护理中实施效果。方法按照分层要求对小儿外科护士进行分层管理,采用APN排班法排班,将不同层级的护士合理搭配后分组,对一组患者实行责任制整体护理,对患者实行连续性护理。收集使用APN排班法前后各3年的患者对护理工作的满意度、医生对护理工作的满意度、护士对科室护理管理工作的满意度、护理人力紧急调动频次、年度护患纠纷与护理不良事件的发生频次等并进行比较。结果使用APN排班法前后患者对护理工作的满意度、医生对护理工作的满意度、护士对科室护理管理工作的满意度、护理人力紧急调动频次、年度护患纠纷与护理不良事件的发生频次等均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论使用APN排班法,可以有效提高护士的工作效率,促进年轻护士的成长,提升高年资护士的工作热情,促进了医护之间的交流沟通,医生对于护士的工作满意度大幅度提高,以及显著提高家长对护理工作的满意度,有利于护理工作的开展。有必要在小儿外科临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of APN scheduling based on nurse-level management in the overall responsibility for the care of pediatric surgical patients.Methods According to the stratification requirements,the pediatric surgical nurses were stratified and managed.The APN scheduling method was used to schedule shifts.Nurses at different levels were reasonably matched and grouped.The responsibility system was administered to a group of patients,and the patients were continuously cared.Patients’ satisfaction,doctors’ satisfaction with nursing job,nurse satisfaction with nursing management,frequency of nurse emergency mobilization,frequency of annual nurse-patient disputes and nursing adverse events were collected for three years before and after performing APN shift.Results The patients’ satisfaction,doctors’ satisfaction with nursing job,nurse satisfaction with nursing management,frequency of nurse emergency mobilization,frequency of annual nursepatient disputes and nursing adverse events were significantly different(P<0.001).Conclusion Using APN scheduling method can effectively improve the work efficiency of nurses,promote the growth of young nurses,enhance the work enthusiasm of senior nurses and promote the communication between doctors and nurses.The doctors’ satisfaction and patients’ satisfaction and with nurses is greatly improved,which is conducive to nursing work carried out.It is necessary to popularize and apply APN scheduling method in the department of pediatric surgery.更多还原
