【摘要】 目的研究丹参川芎嗪联合环磷酰葡胺治疗肺源性心脏病患者的血气分析。方法以2014年5月至2017年5月期间在甘南州人民医院接受治疗的116例肺源性心脏病患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组。对照组给予环磷酰葡胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中成药丹参川芎嗪治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗后CRP水平,血气分析及肺功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.55%,显著高于对照组(84.48%,χ~2=9.828,P<0.05)。两组治疗后hsCRP及NT-proBNP含量均显著下降(P<0.05),并且观察组的hsCRP及NT-proBNP含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前PaCO2、PaO2水平差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组PaCO2水平均显著升高,且观察组PaCO2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);同时治疗后两组PaO2水平均明显下降;且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪联合环磷酰葡胺可有效改善肺心病治疗效果,缓解心力衰竭,减少炎症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the blood gas factors of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine combined with cyclophosphate in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease(PHD).Methods A total of 116 PHD cases treated during May 2014 and May 2017 were divided into two groups:control group and observation group.The control group was given cyclophosphate,while the observation group was given cyclophosphate plus salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine.the curative effects,levels of hypersensitivity C reactive protein(hsCRP),N terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)after treatment,arterial blood gas and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.55%in the observation group and84.48%in the control group(χ~2=9.828,P<0.05).After treatment,the hsCRP and NT-proBNP significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group showed more remarkable decrease(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the PaO2 and PaCO2 levels between the two groups.After treatment,the level of PaO2 decreased while PaCO2 increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group showed more significant changes than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine combined with cyclophosphate is effective in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.It can relieve heart failure and reduce inflammation.更多还原
