基于光纤微电流传感技术的劣化绝缘子检测
Degraded insulator detection based on MEMS fiber micro-current sensing technology
【摘要】 针对目前高压输电线路上绝缘子发生劣化不易检测的问题,提出一种基于MEMS光纤微电流传感技术的绝缘子劣化检测方法。首先建立带电绝缘子串仿真模型,得到绝缘子串微电流与其周围弱磁场关系,又研究了绝缘子劣化时微电流变化规律,最后利用MEMS光纤传感器检测绝缘子串周围磁场,可实现对绝劣化绝缘子的无接触式检测,通过实验分析与计算,验证了该方法具有很好的精度,为劣化绝缘子检测提供了一种新的和安全的方式。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the insulators on the high-voltage transmission line are not easily detected,a method based on MEMS fiber micro-current sensing technology is proposed. Firstly,the simulation model of the charged insulator string is established,and the relationship between the micro-current of the insulator string and the weak magnetic field around it is obtained. The micro-current variation law of the insulator degradation is also studied. Finally,the MEMS fiber sensor is used to detect the magnetic field around the insulator string,which can realize the contactlessness of the degraded insulator.The method is verified by experiments and calculations,which proves that the method has good precision and provides a new and safe way for deteriorated insulator detection.
