【摘要】 目的探讨中沙冬肉桂汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法选取复发性口腔溃疡患者40例,并以观察、对照2组进行分组。其中,对照组实施常规西医治疗,观察组实施沙冬肉桂汤进行治疗,对比2组患者临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组[90. 00%> 60. 00%];观察组复发率较对照组对应值低(5. 00%<30. 00%)观察组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8等T淋巴细胞亚群水平均较对照组对应值高,且P <0. 05。结论对复发性口腔溃疡患者选择沙冬肉桂汤展开治疗,有利于平衡其T淋巴细胞亚群水平的同时有效提高患者治疗效率,效果显著,值得临床上大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shadong Rougui decoction in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 40 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine western medicine and the observation group with Shadong Rougui decoction. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(90. 00% > 60. 00%),and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(5. 00% < 30. 00%). The corresponding values were higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shadong Rougui decoction in treating recurrent oral ulcer is beneficial to balance the level of T lymphocyte subsets and improve the efficiency of treatment.
