【摘要】 目的明确复方一枝蒿颗粒治疗感冒的适应症,为合理用药及推广应用提供基础数据。方法在乌鲁木齐市范围内开展在药店购买复方一枝蒿颗粒治疗感冒患者的区组随机抽样调查,完成治疗前后《感冒(急性上感)中医证候调查表》的两次填写。采用分析对比的方法,开展基于"证-治-效"模型的关联分析。结果治疗前后感冒(急性上感)中医证候调查表积分比较,各证型及各症状疗后积分均较疗前明显减少;凉燥证治疗后积分减少多于风寒证、风热证、温燥证。结论复方一枝蒿颗粒可以明显改善感冒(急性上感)患者的主要临床症状及自我感受,对凉燥证具有尤为突出的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To define the indications of compound Yizhihao granule,and to provide data for the popularize and rational use of it.Methods A random inspection to the patients of acute upper respiratory tract infection in Urumchi was made,and TCM syndrome of this disease before and after treatment was collected. Using the method of analysis and contrast,the correlation analysis based on the model of"syndrome,treatment and effect"was carried out. Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome accumulated points of acute upper respiratory tract infection reduced significantly in all syndromes, the decrease of cold-dryness syndrome is significant particularly.Conclusion Compound Yizhihao granule is quite effective in acute upper respiratory tract infection,especially suit for the cold-dryness syndrome.更多还原
