【摘要】 目的探讨温肝汤联合西药恩替卡韦治疗阳虚型慢乙肝的临床疗效。方法 80例患者随机分为观察组及对照组各40例,观察组采用温肝汤联合恩替卡韦(国产)治疗,对照组用恩替卡韦(国产)治疗,所有病例均连续服药24周,观察治疗后在症状改善、病毒复制、肝功能水平等方面的变化情况。结果观察组均优于对照组,观察组有效率(95%)明显优于对照组(77.5%);观察组肝功能水平及对病毒的清除情况亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温肝汤联合恩替卡韦治疗阳虚型慢乙肝有较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wengan decoction combined with Western medicine entecavir in the treatment of yang deficiency chronic hepatitis B. Method 80 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with treated with Wengan decoction combined with Western medicine entecavir( domestic),and the control group used entecavir( domestic). All cases were treated continuously for 24 weeks. The changes of symptoms,viral replication and liver function were observed after treatment. Results The observation group was better than the control group,the effective rate of the observation group( 95%) was significantly better than that of the control group( 87. 5%). The level of liver function and the clearance of virus in the observation group were better than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Wengan decoction combined with Western medicine entecavir in the treatment of yang deficiency chronic hepatitis B has better effect.更多还原
