【摘要】 目的分析熄风通络止痛汤治疗社区原发性三叉神经痛(PTN)28例应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年3月我院56例PTN患者,随机数字表法分为两组,各28例。对照组予以卡马西平片,研究组在此基础上予以熄风通络止痛汤,两组均治疗1个月。统计两组VAS评分、生活质量评分(GQOL-74)。结果治疗后研究组VAS评分低于对照组,GQOL-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论熄风通络止痛汤可降低社区PTN患者VAS评分,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of Xifeng Tongluo Zhitong decoction in treating primary trigeminal neuralgia( PTN)in community for 28 cases. Methods 56 cases of community PTN patients from January 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected.They were divided into groups by random number methods,and each group had 28 cases. The control group was given carbamazepine,and the study group was given the Xifeng Tongluo Zhitong decoction. The two groups were treated for one month. The VAS scores and quality of life scores( GQOL-74) were counted between the two groups. Results After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the score of GQOL-74 was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Xifeng Tongluo Zhitong decoction combined with carbamazepine can reduce the VAS scores of community PTN patients and improve the quality of life.更多还原
