S31035新型奥氏体耐热钢小口径管焊接工艺试验研究
Experimental Reserch on Small Diameter Tube Welding of S31035 New Austenitic Heat Resistant Steel
【摘要】 基于S31035新型奥氏体耐热钢成分特点,分析了原材料的焊接性;结合备选焊材性能对比完成了焊材选型及焊接工艺方案,据此完成了小口径管TIG焊接工艺试验,包括焊接接头室温力学性能、高温持久性能测试和显微组织特征分析。试验结果表明:S31035小口径管具有良好的焊接性,采用高匹配焊接材料可获得良好的接头性能及合格的显微组织。
【Abstract】 Based on the composition characteristics of S31035 new austenitic heat resistant steel,the weldability of the material was analyzed. Combined with the performance comparison of optional welding materials,welding material selection and welding technology was finished,hereby small diameter tube TIG welding technological experiments was finished,including mechanical properties testing at room temperature and elevated temperature and metallographic microstructure analysis of the welded joint. The experimental results showed that good weldability of S31035 small diameter tube was exhibited,the good joint properties and qualified microstructure could be obtained with high matching welding material.
