【Abstract】 In manufacturing of header parts,there exists a certain problem of distortion,which causes nonstraightness out of tolerance,it has a serious effect on product. This article primarily produces the technological measures of distortion correction in the manufacturing processes of the header parts,which includes the headers’ correction of nonstraightness,the correction of pipe joints and ear plates,the inspection of the distortion correction,and the technological measures to avoid the distortion correction.更多还原
