糖萼作为脓毒症潜在治疗靶点的研究现状
Current situation of glycocalyx as a potential therapeutic target for sepsis
【摘要】 糖萼是血管内皮细胞上的多糖-蛋白复合结构,主要由蛋白聚糖(PG)和糖胺聚糖(GAG)构成,可作为血管壁的选择性通透屏障,并影响内皮细胞功能,它在包括脓毒症在内的许多疾病的病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用。脓毒症是感染引起的全身炎性反应综合征,实质是炎症反应和凝血紊乱。糖萼是脓毒症时最先受损的部位,其结构受到破坏,功能受到影响,进而加剧病理变化。因此糖萼已成为脓毒症治疗的潜在靶点,对糖萼的保护和修复将成为脓毒症的新的治疗策略。
【Abstract】 Glycocalyx is a polysaccharide-protein composite structure on endothelial cells,mainly composed of proteoglyean( PG) and glycosaminoglycan( GAG). The glycocalyx can act as a selective permeation barrier in the blood vessel wall and affect the functions of endothelial cells,which participates in the physiological and pathological process of a variety of diseases,such as sepsis. Sepsis is an infection-induced systemic inflammatory response syndrome,which is essentially an inflammatory reaction and a coagulation disorder. Glycocalyx is damaged first in sepsis,whose structure is damaged and function is affected,so it exacerbates pathological changes. Therefore glycocalyx has become a potencial target in the treatment,and the protection and repair of glycocalyx will become a new treatment strategy for sepsis.
