【摘要】 目的观察利妥昔单抗联合赤芍治疗乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)病毒阳性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床疗效及安全性。方法将31例乙肝病毒阳性非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者随机分为对照组16例和试验组15例。对照组予以375 mg·m-2利妥昔单抗,静脉滴注,第1天;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,予以赤芍每次150m L,bid,口服,连续14 d。2组患者1个疗程均为21 d,均治疗2个疗程以上。比较2组患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分,以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为86.67%(13例/15例)和43.75%(7例/16例),生活质量评分分别为(84.24±3.15)和(72.06±5.14)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组发生的药物不良反应有消化不良、头晕和关节痛,对照组发生的药物不良反应有心动过缓、腹胀、腹泻和消化不良。试验组和对照组的总药物不良反应发生率分别为26.67%和37.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利妥昔单抗联合赤芍治疗乙肝病毒阳性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床疗效确切,其能显著改善患者的生活质量,且不增加药物不良反应发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of rituximab combined with red peony decoction for the treatment of hepatitis B virus positive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Methods Thirty-one patients with hepatitis B virus positive non-Hodgkin ’s lymphoma were randomly divided into control group( n = 16 cases) and treatment group( n = 15 cases). Control group received 375 mg·m-2 rituximab,intravenous drip,on the first day. Treatment group was given red peony decoction 150 m L per time,bid,orally for 14 days,on the basis of control group. Two groups were treated for more than 2 cycles with 21 days per cycle. The clinical efficacy,quality of life scores and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the main indexes of treatment and control groups were compared: the total effective rates were 86. 67%( 13 cases/15 cases) and 43. 75%( 7 cases/16 cases), the quality of life scores were( 84. 24 ± 3. 15) and( 72. 06 ± 5. 14) points,the differences were statistically significant( all P < 0. 05). The adverse drug reactions of treatment group were indigestion,dizziness and joint pain,which in control group were bradycardia,abdominal distension,diarrhea and indigestion. The total incidences ofadverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 26. 67% and 37. 50% without significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Rituximab combined with red peony decoction has a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of hepatitis B virus positive non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,which can improve the quality of life,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.更多还原
