【Abstract】 Bronchial asthma is a common chronic airway disease,seriously affecting the quality of patients’ s life. The symptoms of some patients who are treated according to the guidelines are still not improved,especially in eosinophilic asthma patients who received treatment with inhaled corticosteroids. Reslizumab is a humanized interleukin-5( IL-5) antibody,and in 2017 the Global Asthma Initiative( GINA)recommended reslizumab as an anti-IL-5 treatment option for adults with severe asthma ≥ 18 years of age. The preparation of reslizumab,mechanism,clinical evaluation,safety and prospect were reviewed in this paper.更多还原
