合用五酯片对肾病综合征患者体内他克莫司血药浓度的影响

【摘要】 目的探究五酯片对肾病综合征患者他克莫司血药浓度的影响。方法以肾病综合征且服用他克莫司进行治疗的患者为研究对象,对照组为单用他克莫司,试验组为他克莫司合用五酯片。用酶放大免疫分析法检测他克莫司血药浓度,记录患者的一般情况、用药情况和肝、肾功指标,分析合用五酯片对他克莫司血药浓度的影响。结果试验组与对照组的他克莫司血药浓度分别为(4.16±1.48)和(6.16±2.34)ng·m L-1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。五酯片对他克莫司血药浓度的影响与年龄、性别相关。结论五酯片能显著升高他克莫司全血药物谷浓度,且不影响患者肝肾功能,但对不同性别、年龄患者应加以密切关注。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of Wuzhi-tablets on blood concentration of tacrolimus in nephrotic syndrome patients.Methods The nephrotic syndrome patients taking tacrolimus were selected as the study subjects. The control group was tacrolimus alone,and the treatment group was tacrolimus combined with Wuzhi-tablets.Enzyme immunoassay was used to detect the concentration of tacrolimus.The general condition,medication status,liver and kidney function indexes of patients were recorded. The effect of Wuzhi tablets on the blood concentration of tacrolimus was analyzed. Results The concentrations of tacrolimus in treatment group and control group were( 4. 16 ± 1. 48) and( 6. 16 ± 2. 34) ng·m L-1 with significant difference( P < 0. 01). The effect of Wuzhi-tablets on tacrolimus blood concentration is related to age and gender. Conclusion Wuzhi-tablets can significantly increase the whole blood concentration of tacrolimus,without significant effect on liver and kidney function of patients,but close attention should be paid to the patients with different genders andages.
