【Abstract】 Aquaporin-4(AQP4) is one of richest in Aquaporin family,and expressed in astrocytes of the central nervous system.Recently,it has been found that AQP4 not only acts as an aquaporin,but also as an adhesion molecule involved in cell migration,nerve excitation,synaptic plasticity,and learning ability.AQP4 plays an important role in neurological diseases.Author summarize the pathological action and the diagnosis and treatment of AQP4 related neurological diseases.更多还原
