ESM-1和β-arrestin-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及相关性

【摘要】 目的:探讨ESM-1和β-arrestin-2蛋白对子宫内膜癌发生发展的影响。方法:本研究标本资料选自我院病理科存档的石蜡标本,子宫内膜腺癌、子宫内膜不典型增生、正常子宫内膜组织各30例,采用免疫组织化学方法检测ESM-1和β-arrestin-2蛋白的表达情况。结果:ESM-1和β-arrestin-2蛋白的阳性表达在子宫不典型增生组及子宫内膜腺癌组均较正常子宫内膜组显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经线性趋势性检验,随子宫内膜病变程度的进展,ESM-1和β-arrestin-2蛋白阳性表达逐渐增高(P<0.0001);ESM-1和β-arrestin-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌中阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.558,P=0.001)。结论:ESM-1和β-arrestin-2蛋白均在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,且二者呈正协同作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of endothelial cell specific molecule-1( ESM-1) and β-arrestin-2 on the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer. Methods: Data of the study specimens were from the archived paraffin specimens in our department of pathology. ESM-1 and β-arrestin-2 of the respective 30 cases of endometrial cancer,endometrial atypical hyperplasia( EAH) and normal endometrial tissues were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression of ESM-1 and β-arrestin-2 increased more significantly in EAH and endometrial cancer tissues than in normal endometrial tissues,which were of statistical differences( P < 0. 05); results of linear trend test indicated that,with the progression of endometrial lesions,the positive expressions of ESM-1 and β-arrestin-2 increased gradually( P<0.0001),and the positive expressions of ESM-1 and β-arrestin-2 was positively correlated in endometrial cancer tissues( r = 0.558,P = 0.001). Concluson: ESM-1 and β-arrestin-2 play very important roles in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer,and both have positive synergistic effects.
