【摘要】 目的:探讨心理护理对无痛人工流产手术的影响。方法:选取无痛人工流产手术190例,按手术预约时间先后顺序随机分为实验组和对照组各95例,实验组由专科护士在术前做心理护理并评估。观察两组术前血压、心率、焦虑评分及术中追加麻醉药量、手术时间及术后头晕、乏力、恶心、呕吐、下腹疼痛等症状及人流综合征发生率。结果:实验组术前血压、心率、焦虑评分值均低于对照组,术中追加麻醉药、手术时间及术后头晕、乏力、恶心、呕吐、下腹疼痛等症状均少于对照组,人流综合征发生率较低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在无痛人工流产中应用可降低应激反应,降低人流综合征发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of psychological nursing on the operation of painless induced abortion. Methods: 190 cases of painless induced abortion operation were selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,95 cases in each group according to the appointment time of operation sheet. The experimental group was carried out the psychological nursing and evaluation by specific nurses. The blood pressure before operation,heart rate before operation,anxiety scale before operation,anesthetic drugs,operative time,dizziness,fatigue,nausea,vomiting and lower abdominal pain and the incidence of abortion syndrome in two groups were observed. Results: The preoperative blood pressure,heart rate,anxiety scores of experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the intraoperative additional anesthetics, operative time, postoperative nausea and vomiting,dizziness,weakness,abdominal pain and other symptoms of experimental group were less than those of the control group. There were significant differences of the abortion syndrome occurrence between the two groups( P<0.05). Conclusion: The psychological nursing application can reduce the stress reaction of in painless artificial abortion,reduce the occurrence of artificial abortion syndrome.更多还原
