【摘要】 目的:探讨激光腔内凝固术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:60例大隐静脉曲张患者采用高位结扎-剥脱术治疗(传统组),另外60例采用激光腔内凝固术治疗(激光组)。比较两组治疗方法的临床效果。结果:激光组术中出血量、切口数、手术耗时明显低于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光腔内凝固术治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效优于高位结扎-剥脱术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of laser intracavitary coagulation treatment for varicose vein. Methods: 60 cases of varicose vein were treated with high ligation stripping( Traditional group),and 60 cases were treated with laser intracavitary coagulation( Laser group). The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The bleeding volume,incision number and operative time in the laser group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group( P < 0. 05).
