电阻点焊过程中压紧力的数值模拟及实验分析
Numerical simulation and experimental analysis of pressing force during resistance spot welding
【摘要】 电阻点焊是弹体与减旋片连接的重要工艺,点焊过程中焊接压紧力的大小直接影响焊点的质量,从而影响弹体运行的参数.通过对弹体与减旋片施加压紧力的不同进行了数值模拟,分析不同压紧力下的变形量,得到保证焊点质量下的最优压紧力范围.针对弹体与减旋片的加工工艺,研制了专用数控点焊机并进行实验.结果表明,当压力为300N时,径向变形量为0.28mm,超出焊接过程中对焊点质量的要求.综合有限元模拟及实验结果,得到焊接时最优压紧力为250 N.
【Abstract】 Resistance spot welding is an important process of connecting the projectile with the reduction vane.The size of the welding pressure during the spot welding directly affects the quality of the welding spot,thus affecting the parameters of the projectile.Numerical simulation was made on the difference of the pressing force between the projectile and the rotary vane.The deformation under different pressing force and the maximum internal stress on the workpiece were analyzed.The optimal compressive force range were obtained.Aiming at the machining process of the projectile and the rotary vane,a special NC spot welding machine was developed.The results show that when the pressure is 300 N,the radial deformation is 0.28 mm,which exceeds the requirement of welding joint quality in the welding process.Based on the finite element simulation and experimental results,the optimal pressing force is 250 N.
