多相湍流燃烧数值模拟的网格无关性分析
Numerical Simulation Mesh Independence of Multi-phase Turbulent Combustion
【摘要】 以燃油锅炉的燃烧过程为对象,在前期多相湍流燃烧收敛性分析的基础上,对数值模拟的网格无关性进行了研究,结果表明:采用炉膛最高温度不再随网格数目的增加而变化的方法判定网格收敛性与采用网格收敛指数(GCI)判定网格独立性的分析结果是一致的,本模型计算当网格数目大于510万以后,数值模拟的计算值与网格数目无关。
【Abstract】 Combustion is simulated of oil boiler, on base of early numerical simulation convergence analysis of multi-phase turbulent combustion, mesh independence of simulation is conducted, the results show that to decide mesh independence applying maximum temperature no change along with mesh nodes increasing is consistent with using grid convergence index(GCI), for the test furnace, the simulation is independent with the mesh when grid nodes is over 510×10~4.
