提高中速磨煤机出口温度的试验研究
Experimental Study on Raising Outlet Temperature of the Medium-speed Pulverizer
【摘要】 简明阐述了提高磨煤机出口温度与锅炉的安全性和经济性的密切关系,提高磨煤机出口温度,一次风中热风量增加,降低了排烟热损失,提高了锅炉的经济性;并通过试验得出提高磨煤机出口温度是安全的,且磨煤机出口温度从80℃提高到90℃,灰渣含碳量降低,排烟温度降低了2.61℃,锅炉热效率提高了0.13个百分点,供电煤耗约下降了0.44g/(kW·h)。
【Abstract】 Briefly introduce the close relationship of raising outlet temperature of pulverizer and boiler safety and economy.As raising outlet temperature of pulverizer,the amount of warm air increases,heat losses of exhaust gas decreases and the economy of the boiler increases.Through the test results,it’s safe to raise the pulverizer outlet temperature,and as the pulverizer outlet temperature increases from 80 ℃ to 90 ℃,the exhaust gas temperature decreases 2.61 ℃,boiler thermal efficiency increases 0.13 percentage point,coal consumption decreases about 0.44 g/(kW·h).
