基于区间层次分析法和隶属度的蓖麻联合收割机性能综合评价

【摘要】 针对蓖麻联合收割机性能评价问题的不确定性,提出一种新的蓖麻联合收割机性能综合评价方法。首先,建立蓖麻联合收割机性能综合评价指标体系,提出蓖麻联合收割机性能评价优劣等级和区间数等级,利用区间层次分析法确定蓖麻联合收割机性能评价指标的区间数权重。然后,构建基于区间层次分析法和隶属度的蓖麻联合收割机性能评价模型。结果表明:该收割机整机属性和工作性能好,人机属性和经济属性性能一般,蓖麻联合收割机的综合性能还有提高的空间,通过优化经济属性可以提高该型号蓖麻联合收割机的综合性能,验证该评价模型的合理性和有效性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the uncertainty ofperformance evaluation of castor combine harvester,a new comprehensive evaluation method of castor combine performance was proposed.Firstly,the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of castor combine harvester was established,the performance evaluation grade and interval number grade of castor combine harvester were put forward,and the interval number weight of performance evaluation index of castor combine harvester was determined by interval analytic hierarchy process.Then,the performance evaluation model of castor combine harvester based on interval analytic hierarchy process and membership degree was established.The result showed that the whole property and working performance of the harvester were pretty good,though performances of the man-machine and economic properties were general.Therefore,the comprehensive performance of the castor combine harvester still had room for improvement by optimizing the economic property.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model were verified.
