【摘要】 针对农业生产中的副产品农作物秸秆,论述秸秆利用技术和秸秆粉碎设备的研究现状,分别介绍几种典型的秸秆利用技术和秸秆粉碎设备及研究成果。指出现有铡草机、锤片粉碎机、揉丝机等设备不能很好地按照秸秆综合利用技术的要求,完成农作物秸秆的粉碎加工,秸秆粉碎设备加工性能差是秸秆利用率低的一大因素。开展秸秆物料粉碎的高效锤片无筛粉碎机、不同秸秆专用的粉碎机、方捆秸秆专用粉碎机等方面的研究是秸秆粉碎设备的一些研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the use of technology and crushing equipment on straw as the by-product of agricultural production in China is discussed.Several typical techniques,equipments and results on the use of technology and crushing of the straw are respectively introduced.The existing grass cutter,hammer crusher and kneading machine,etc.failed to achieve the ideal crushing effect on straw,one of the great factor of the low utilization of the straw is that the poor processing straw crushing equipments.The main research direction of the straw processing equipment is carrying out the research on the high efficiency hammer non-sifting crusher,different special straw crusher,and bundle special crusher,etc.更多还原
