【摘要】 目的:分享产科基于工作量分布特点改进产科管理模式的经验,为产科安全质量管理提供借鉴。方法:基于产科的临床现状,以产科突出的管理问题为出发点,进行了产科管理模式的改进。结果:产科主要面临人力资源缺乏、上午及下午交接班之后工作繁忙、危重症孕产妇比例较高等问题,通过基于工作量分布特点改进产科管理模式后,有效地改善了临床现状。结论:产科安全质量管理关系母婴安全,积极探讨合理的产科质量管理模式具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To establish the obstetric management based on the workload distribution characteristics, and to provide references for obstetric safety quality management. Methods: The obstetrics management model was improved to solve the outstanding management problem in the obstetric department. Results: The management model based on the workload distribution characteristics effectively alleviated the problem of human resource shortage and the busy work during the transition period, and improved the nursing ability to the critically ill pregnant women. Conclusion: The management model based on the workload distribution characteristics is effective for better nursing quality and maternal and child safety in obstetric department.更多还原
