【Abstract】 The construction of the training program of clinical nurse specialists in rehabilitation nursing was explored. The development of training program for nurse specialists in rehabilitation nursing included the following areas: establishment of expert committees for training and assessment of rehabilitation nursing specialists, standardised entry requirements for training nurses, use of theoretical and practical training models, and strict evaluation process of the training nurses. The training program of clinical nurse specialists in rehabilitation nursing was established and evaluated. It is expected to facilitate the development of rehabilitation nursing specialists.更多还原
