【摘要】 本文综述了国内外现有的社区精神疾病康复服务模式,包括日间照料中心、会所模式、过渡性康复服务、日间医院及其他康复服务(如个案管理、同伴支持、医院在社区的外展服务、主动式社区治疗、社区危机干预小组等),介绍各类社区精神疾病康复服务模式的概念、发展、适用人群、服务方式、服务内容等,为在我国建立完善的社区精神卫生康复服务体系提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized the current types of community-based rehabilitation service mode for mental illness patients including day centers, clubhouse model, transitional rehabilitation services, day hospital and other rehabilitation services such as case management, peer support, extended services, assertive community treatment and crisis intervention team, ect. It introduced the definition, development, clients, service mode, service contents of various community rehabilitation services, aiming to provide suggestions for establishing a perfect community mental health rehabilitation service system in mainland China.更多还原
