【摘要】 安宁疗护旨在为生命末期患者提供专业医疗照护,聚焦于提供舒适护理,缓解症状,而不再进行以治愈为目标的治疗。通过多学科团队与患者和家属合作,为患者控制症状的同时,也满足患者和家属在心理社会以及灵性方面的需求,进而改善其生活质量。本文旨在介绍我院建立安宁病房的探索和实践,并对其展开思考与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hospice care refers to providing professional medical care for patients at the end-stage, focusing on providing comfortable care, relieving symptoms, patients are no longer being treated in the goal of cure. Through multidisciplinary team cooperation with patients and family members, the psychosocial and spiritual needs of patients and their families can be satisfied while the symptoms are being controlled, so as to improve their quality of life. This paper aims to introduce the practice, reflection and prospect of setting up the hospice ward in our hospital.更多还原
